Maxine Eugenia Porter

Maxine Porter, 88, of Newburgh, IN, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Newburgh Health Care. She was born in Wyoming, IL to the late Eddie and Kathryn Kelley. She was a member of Gateway Baptist Church, and retired from Old National Bank. Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Porter; and grandson, Andrew Bunch. She is survived by daughter, Valerie Alms (Ed); sons, Eddie Porter (Pauline), Barry Porter (Paula), Don Porter (Laura); daughter, Kathy Bunch (Mike Pitlick); 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday February 25, 2018, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Rev. Glenn Mollette with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit 2-6 PM on Saturday and 1:00 PM until service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
