She retired after 30 years as a Math Teacher. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Winchester, KY and the Kentucky Education Association.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Kerney, in 2008; and parents, Topsy and Lucinda Cable.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Zeiher (Rick) of Newburgh; grandson, Reed Zeiher, also of Newburgh; Eric Zeiher; niece, Donna Pickard (David) of Montrose, CO; and other nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held, with burial in Cable Cemetery in Lee County, KY.
