She was a member of First Christian Church in Newburgh and was an avid reader of the Bible. She was a “Prayer Warrior” and enjoyed praying for her family and friends. Sharon was a gifted crocheter and knitter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar “Bud” Trinkel, in 2009 and was looking forward to being reunited with him in Heaven.
She is survived by her daughter, Julie Woodson (Russ) of Evansville; son, Charles Trinkel (Michelle) of Denver, CO; and several grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4-6 pm, Monday, December 27, 2010, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel ending with a celebratory prayer officiated by Rev. Mike Claypool.
