

Antoinette was the youngest of 8 children, born in Chicago to Antoinette (Pocieszynski) and Stanley Strzelecki. She is predeceased by her husband, William, Sr. and son-in-law James Farney.
Antoinette (Tonie) and Willam (Bill) were married on June 18, 1949. They welcomed five children into their happy home – Judith Farney, William Jr. (Judith) Riordan, David (Terri) Riordan, Neil (Kathleen) Riordan and Terese (Scott) Turner. They had 12 grandchildren: John, Nick, Jessica, Christine, William III, David, Thomas, Patrick, Grace, Kelly, William, and Emily as well as 16 great-grandchildren.
Tonie and Bill were part of the founding members of St. Linus Parish in Oak Lawn and were very active. Tonie was a member of the parish choir and also sang, danced, and sewed costumes for several years in the Way Off Broadway parish fundraiser. She enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards with friends and especially sharing time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Tonie had a special devotion to her guardian angel and to the Blessed Mother.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until time of prayers at 10:15 a.m. at Blake-Lamb Funeral, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn. Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Linus Church, 10300 S. Lawler Ave., Oak Lawn. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip, IL.
