Elaine raised wonderful children. Two of her daughters, Gayle and Georgianne, are dear friends - creative, independent, and loyal to their loved ones.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of your very sweet Mom, Mrs. K!  She was a member of the original "Culinary Club" and dearest friend to my mom and family! I was blessed to have had many wonderful memories of your mom, especially making her famous diples and Greek pastries for so many people's special events, including mine! She was an amazing woman who always wanted to help others, and will be sorely missed! I will always cherish our dear St. Nick's days together (Gayle, always winning the oratorical and being the best writer and orator and working with you, Georgianne, at Alexi's)! Our deepest condolences to you all. Stay strong and close and cherish all the wonderful memories of your amazing Mom!

Elaine and I were in Greek School together.  she was a kind person.  I knew Tony too   I knew each of them from childhood.   Elaine handled life with strength.   She was at my brother George's wake and went out of her way to give me condolences as I was at different areas of the room.   I hadn't seen her in years but I miss her now that she is gone. ELAINE WAS MY BUDDY WHO I HUNG OUT WITH... WORKED IN THE CHURCH WITH....HELPED ME AS A VOLUNTEER AT MY WORK BAKING FOR OUR RESIDENT'S...WE BAKED TOGETHER FOR MY FAMILIES WEDDINGS...ON OCCASION  WE TRAVELED TOGETHER....SHARED STORIES AND PARTIED TOGETHER.  ELAINE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEEDED HELP WITH ANY OCCASION....I WILL MISS YOU BABE..YOU WERE AN AWESOME FRIEND!!!!
