Rest in peace Marine. I salute all your hard work and enjoyed my 11 years with CTDU. I first met him in '79 at Metron Steel Corp and also as a member with Chase Supply Co. I am a former Marine and his professionalism and leadership will remain with me. My condolenses. Semper Fi!

I have been ill lately and just heard of Freddie passing on.  It was really a shock to me as he was always so full of life and had a great sense of humor...my deepest condolences to his family and friends...I will miss him dearly...

To The Entire Boudreau Family I send my condolences. Fred was a great guy who lived a great life and I'm sure has left you all wonderful memories to hold in your hearts. Though I knew him through Jack Stewart and the Valley I also came close to having the honor of working with him and am so sorry it's not going to happen. 
My thoughts and prayers go out to all who knew and loved him!

I have many memories of Fred, most of them funny and involve laughing.  Many of them are of him working hard for the members of the CTDU and Sandy chasing after him when she worked for him.  He loved CTDU - I always knew his car by the CTDU license plates.  It was an honor to have known and worked for him.  May he rest in peace and my deepest sympathies to his loved ones - you're in my thoughts and prayers

I will miss the times that Fred pestered me at work.  I will miss his jokes. I will miss the way he used to yell for Phyllis from his office.  I will miss him saying "Taint Easy!"   I will miss him saying "If you don't need me, I'm gonna duck."    I will miss him saying, "How you doing Darlin?"   I will just plain ole miss him.  Fred, you  were my friend and my boss for 32 years.

Your family should be very proud of you. You were a Union man.  You always cared about the members of the CTDU.  You represented their best interest until the day you died.  For that, you will never be forgotten
