dear Blake family: i just found out about the passing of your father and wanted to extend my sincere sympathy to you all. your dad was a GOOD GUY and i will fondly remember him always.

The Baldwin family was so sorry to hear belatedly of your loss.  My mother Claire especially regrets that she did not know in time to visit with all of you.  We all have very fond memories of both and Jim and Pat.

It was so nice that Mr Blake was able to spend his final days at his daughter Eileen  and husband Dennis home.He was able to be with the people who loved him the most. Everyone who cared for him were able to visit him one last time.  Most off all, his" beloved grandchildren" all had one more chance to visit him at his daughters home and let him know how much they loved him. This meant the world to him. May he now rest in peace.

My Father In-law was a good man who was loved by many and will be missed dearly.  He taught me much simply by being near him.  He was a good father, father in-law and grandpa and I hope I'll be able to show how much I've learned from him by doing the same.

My Father In-law was an awesome man who was loved by many.  He taught me many things simply by being around to see how he reacted with others.  He was a wonderful example of how to be a good Father In-law as well as Grand Father.  Hopefully I will be able to prove what I learned in my future.

My sympathy goes out to the entire Blake Family. Cherish your memories of your  Dad....the pictures are great, thanks for sharing them! I remember many happy memories of being at your house on Mulberry!
