Jack is survived by his daughter Erin (Joseph) Rodriguez, grandchildren Katie, Joey, Olivia, and Vinny, and great granddaughter Sofia, along with his three brothers, three sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his son, John "Jack" Ward III.
