Martha was a devoted mother to Margie, Yesenia, and Anthony Hernandez. She raised her children with love and devotion in Chicago with her husband Jesus Hernandez; Most cherished grandmother to Aiden Tolentino.
She will forever be remembered for her strength, kindness, uplifting personality, and generosity. She loved to cook, enjoyed knitting, and playing card games. Goodbye to a wonderful woman and a beautiful mother, until we meet again.
Visitation for Martha will be from 3-8 PM on Tuesday, June 13, at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd, Oak Lawn. Funeral to begin at 9 AM on Wednesday, June 14, at Blake-Lamb, proceeding to St. Bede the Venerable Church, 8200 S Kostner Ave, Chicago, for a 10 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South Cemetery.
