Mary M. Cook, nee Kalmes, age 98, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Beloved Wife of the late John for a loving 59 years. Loving Mother of Jack (Sue) Jr., Beth (John) Fahey, the late Sue (Bob) Polacheck, Marj (Lloyd) Wilkey, Jim (Alice), Cathy (Jim) Honiker, the late Fr. Joe, the late Bob, Garry (Theresa), and Tom (Danette). Cherished Grandmother of Dan, Emily Tenuto, Dave, Bill Fahey, Meghan Drew, Katie Perkins, Anne Polacheck, Bob Polacheck, Mike Polacheck, Mark Wilkey, Carolyn Slightom, Janeen Wilkey, Lisa Wilkey, Matt, Angie McQuillen, Jessica Honiker, Kelly Hardin, Kyle, Kevin, Elizabeth Mitchell, and Neil; and 17 great-grandchildren with one "on the way". Family and Friends are to gather for a Visitation on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Funeral to follow directly, processing to St. Linus Catholic Church, 10300 S. Lawler Ave Oak Lawn, IL 6045, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
