Michael W Carmody, age 63, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Michael was born March 30, 1958. Beloved son to the late Edward and Ruth Carmody; Dear brother to Robert Carmody, Edward R. Carmody Jr.,The late Karen Shmitt, and late Jill Ilene McClorey; cherished uncle to Stacy Renee Schmitt and Rachel Ruth McClorey. Great uncle to Nicola Karyn Siriann, Jack Damien Siriann, and Madison Anne McClorey.
A visitation for Michael will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
