Wayne "Norm" Gierman, age 75, a longtime resident of Oak Lawn, at rest Monday, October 4, 2021. Beloved husband of Patricia, nee mischke. Devoted father of Steven (Patti) Gierman. Cherished grandfather of Danni and Katie. Great-Grandfather of Tyler. Loving son of the late Wayne and the late Vivian Gierman. Dear brother of the late Lois Marquardt and Susan Beckman. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Life long and dear friend of Bruce Beckman and John Janson. Wayne retired from Commonwealth Edison in 2001. As a lover of animals, donation would be greatly appreciated to the TLC Animal Shelter 13016 W. 151st. St., Homer Glen, IL 60491. Services will be private.
