April Dawn Moore of Carlsbad, California passed away on September 19th, 2025 at the age of 50. She was born on April 16th, 1975 in Salinas, California to Perry Moore and Vicki Stevenson. She graduated from Rim of the World High School in 1993. She worked for Dental Referral Service and 1-800 Dentist for 29 years before she worked for Scripps for almost 3 years. She was actively involved in Jazzercise for more than 30 years. She loved cruising with her best friends, the 49ers , Beyoncé, her children and family. She is preceded in death by her mother Vicki. She is survived by her son Marcus, her daughter Marisa, her sister Mindy, her brother Aaron, her father Perry, her step dad Gary, her kids father Anthony, her grandmother Lilian, her aunt Dorinda, and her best friends Jamie, Cilena, and Aisha.
The family would like to thank Carlsbad police and fire department for their help.
Family and friends are invited to attend her memorial service Thursday October 23rd, 2025 at 9:30am at Eternal Hills in Oceanside, California. To continue to celebrate the beautiful life of April Dawn Moore, we invite close family and friends to Jamie Kinneys’ house after her service. Thank you.
