This is one of my favorite pics of Bonnie and my Uncle Marvin. Bonnie was my absolute favorite cousin and  I miss her terribly. We went to California to visit after the passing of my son Brock and that was a pivotal moment in our lives for healing. She and Dale made us feel at home and took our minds off the most difficult moment in our lives.  I will never forget you and I love you so much!!! 

Can’t  believe it’s been over a year since you left us. We think of you often  and remember how much we admired that wild and crazy personality of yours. 
Hope we get to see you in the here after, because we know your in a good place

Back in the day at Barrett I was a rookie. I remember coming up w/ the wisest idea. Bonnie I remember you always encouraged me. I walked out w/ my idea for all to see during a real fire evac. Well on this day I put the thought & planning into play as we waited for the bus. Your genuine reaction in time of crisis changed us all. When all others became quiet & turned to look. You walked up to me, smiled & gave me a big hug. You made me laugh then you laughed & several  dozen others laughed too. I was wearing the fire gear; oxygen tanks & mask. I realized how silly I looked. The icing was that I had talked my partner into donning his out fit too. He missed my grand entrance & got his own. We miss you Bonnie.
