Charlie Lee Chapman was born April 4, 1939 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He entered into rest January 21, 2013 in Oceanside, California.

He is survived by his wife, Eleanore Chapman, relatives, and friends.

A memorial service will be held Tueday, January 29, 2013 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Eternal Hills Chapel in Oceanside, California.

Charlie's final resting place will be at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, California.
