He was born in Capas, Tarlac, Philippines to Virgilio (deceased) and Iluminada Manalad. He was raised in Lucena with brothers William and James.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1984 at Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines.
He married Mary Ann Lugod on December 27, 1992 in Manila. They were blessed with 2 children: Pauline, 20 and Carlo, 17.
In April 2004, the family migrated to Oceanside California where he worked in Pala Casino, Circuit City and AT&T.
Glenn loved to travel with his family and enjoyed the great outdoors. He was well known for his sense of humor and his very positive outlook in life.
Viewing is scheduled on Saturday, April 12 at 4-8 pm at the Eternal Hills Mortuary 1999 El Camino Real Oceanside Ca 92054.
On Tuesday April 15, there will be a funeral mass at 1 PM at St. Margaret’s Parish at 4300 Oceanside Blvd Oceanside 92056 followed by another viewing at Eternal Hills at 3-7 PM.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
