Jean was preceded in death by her father, William Leslie Ezell, mother, Ruby Maurine Ezell, husband, Fred Raymond Belcher, daughter, Tonja Lynn Belcher, and brother, Leslie Jackson Ezell.
She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Lynn Belcher, grandson, Phoenix Solvdanov, sister, Betty Jo Ezell Leuders, relatives, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 3, 2013 at 10:30 am at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
Mrs. Belcher's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
