Bernice was a 61-year resident of San Diego County with the last 55 years, since 1968, residing in Carlsbad, Ca.
Bernice was a proud Marine Corps Wife, Homemaker and Mother. She had many interests from raising her children, carrying for her dogs, playing the piano, singing in the Carlsbad Community Church choir, china painting, the Carlsbad Women’s Club and the North County Republican Women’s club.
Predeceased by her parents, Stella and Isaac W. Scott, and her devoted husband of 58 years, Lt.Col. William (Bill) Threlfall. She is survived by her daughter Marjorie Diana and daughters Stephanie and Danica, her son William Michael and daughter Amy, her son George Scott (wife Jennifer) and children Sean, William and Natalie, and by her ten great-grandchildren.
While Bernice will be greatly missed, we are comforted knowing she is with our father, the love of her life, family and friends. She is at peace and free from pain.
A memorial for Bernice will be held at a later date.
