Nicholas was born on September 7, 1921 to Paul and Ermenia Pagliuca in Trenton, New Jersey. He left school as a young teenager to work various jobs to help support his family during the Depression. He went on to serve his country during WWII. In 1955, Nick fulfilled his lifelong dream to move to sunny California and pursue his career in Aeronautics. It was in San Diego that he met and married the love of his life, Hazel. They both worked and retired from the San Diego Gas and Electric Company.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his parents, wife Hazel, and all of his siblings: Mary, Lena, Elizabeth, Daniel, James and Dominic. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
