Peter Kannarr peacefully passed Saturday morning, March 11th at the age of 42, in his home of Oceanside, California surrounded by his loved ones after a long battle with cancer. Peter graduated from Paradise Valley High School in 1999 before finding his passion in a career of Sales Management with Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits.
Peter’s memory will be cherished by the loved ones he left behind; his high school sweetheart and wife Stephanie, children Vincent (18), Melody (16), Aaron (16), and his best friend Melanie. He is survived by not only his children, but also his siblings, brother Steve, younger sisters Jennifer and Tawnya, and parents Eileen and Richard.
Peter was known to many as “Wohkie” for his love of Star Wars and willingness to take on any challenge no matter the outcome. A natural optimist with a quick smile and a golden heart for everyone. He has touched many lives, including friends, family and those he worked with over the years.
To honor the life of laughter and kindness Peter led, there will be a Celebration of Life ceremony on April 2nd at 10am in Oceanside, California with a reception to follow at the family home.
