Mr. Dickey was preceded in death by his father, Colonel David K. Dickey, U.S.M.C.
He is survived by his mother, Izella Dickey, brother, Robert and Paula Dickey, brother, Russell Dickey, brother, Bill Dickey.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
