Victor Manguerra de Jesus, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully in Oceanside, California on October 2, 2025. Born on December 15, 1939, in the Philippines, Victor lived a life rooted in love, hard work, and unwavering dedication to his family.
A humble farmer by trade, Victor cultivated not only the land but also a legacy of kindness, resilience, and generosity. He was the beloved husband of Felicisima L. de Jesus for 67 years, with whom he shared a lifetime of partnership and devotion.
Victor is survived by his seven children: Dori D. Harris, Odelon de Jesus, Edmin de Jesus, Norma Brown, Marie Virola, Albert de Jesus, and Gloria Penaflorida. His legacy continues through 19 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, each of whom carries forward his spirit and values.
To all who knew him, Victor was a pillar of strength and compassion—a man who led by example and loved without condition. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
