There will be a graveside service held in the spring at Hillcrest Cemetery in Heuvelton.
Surviving is his brother Leslie Parish of Lisbon.
Fay was born on November 15, 1952 in Ogdensburg, NY, a son of Levi & Cecil (Pierce) Parish. He attended Lisbon School for his education.
Fay worked as a farmer for many years. He enjoyed socializing with friends and farm work.
Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of ones choice.
