Surviving are four sons Mark Chambers of Malone, John Chambers of Ogdensburg, William Chambers of IL and Rodney (Tracy) Chambers of Canton; a daughter Michelle McQueer of Hammond; twin brothers Mark Longquist of TX & Halvard Longquist of CT; 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews & cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband Leon and a brother Eric Longquist.
Martha was born on September 8, 1945 in Hartford CT, a daughter of the late Edward & Martha (Downs) Longquist. She graduated from Gouverneur High School and later married Leon M. Chambers on Sept 10, 1961.
Martha work as a home healthcare aid for 20 years, and she was a member of the Ogdensburg Senior Citizens Club. She enjoyed watching the NY Yankees and spending time with her family and friends.
