Surviving are his brothers Arnold (Pat) St. Germain of Knoxville, IA; Dennis St. Germain of Ogdensburg; Dale (Sharon) St. Germain of Lexington, SC; and Richard (Lisa) St. Germain of Ogdensburg. A brother Kevin St. Germain predeceased him.
Robert was born on March 9, 1955 in Ogdensburg NY, a son of the late Arnold C. & Elizabeth (Foxx) St. Germain. He attended Ogdensburg Free Academy and enlisted in the US Army from 1974 – 1978.
He was employed at Lee Valley Veritas Tools Inc., in Ogdensburg for the past 16 years. He enjoyed going to work and visiting with his co-workers.
