

Veronica Hebert Pinard age 90, died Friday (October 7, 2016) at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Ogdensburg surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 5, 2016 at 2:00pm at the St. Joseph's Nursing Home Chapel. Mrs. Pinard passed away on Friday (Oct 7, 2016).
Born in Ascot Corner, Quebec, she married the late Armand Pinard in 1948. They lived in Long Lake NY for most of their lives before retiring to Cocoa FL. Married for 65 years, they lovingly supported each other in raising a family along with owning and operating a logging contracting business. She was a member of St. Henry’s Church in Long Lake where she served as a lay Eucharistic Minister and belonged to the Catholic Daughters. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, knitting, reading, walking and cross-country skiing. She was devoted to her family and cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter Danielle (Stephen) Hamberger of Angola NY; two sons Michael (Michele) Pinard of Brasher Falls NY and Steven Pinard of Arlington VA; a son-in-law James Culhane of Cocoa FL; a sister Fleurette Cabana; sister-in-law Barbara Hebert; grandchildren Michael Culhane, Eric (JoElle) Hamberger, Catherine Culhane-Metsch & her husband Richard, Chantal Pinard, Sarah Pinard and Thomas Culhane; great-grandchildren Henry, Lucy and Annabelle Metsch and Hayes Hamberger.
She was predeceased by a grandson Matthew Culhane in 1998; a daughter Carmen Culhane in 2011; her husband Armand in 2014, along with her brothers Bruno Hebert & his wife Janine, Gilles Hebert & his wife Jeannine, Laurent Hebert and a brother-in-law Yvon Cabana.
