Barbara Jane (Norris) Waring was born January 18, 1937, in Mena, AR. She went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2013. She was a longtime resident of Edmond until she moved to Georgia in 2008 to be near her daughter.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Diane Shelton and son, Scott Waring; five grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; brothers; Billy Norris and Roger Norris; sister, Myra Trahern and her husband Joe Henderson.
