Charles T. (Charlie) McConnico, age 95 of Edmond, OK died on July 26, 2024. He was born on November 19th, 1928 in Blair, OK to Tim and Katie McConnico. Charlie and LaVonne were married on March 17th, 1963 where they went on to have two beautiful children together, Chuck and Cheryl.
Charlie worked at the VA Hospital for 30 years before he retired. He then worked with state and educators insurance for 10 years until he retired again He then worked on a horse farm for several years before he retired yet another time.
Charlie helped with Cub Scouts and was an assistant coach for chuck’s baseball team. He had a book published in Medical Transcription. He played Harmonica and wrote several songs.

Charlie is preceded in death by his parents Tim and Katie McConnico, Brothers Bill and Guy Wingrove, Olan McConnico, and great grandson Sly Siddens.
A funeral service for Charles will be held Friday, August 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Waterloo Road Baptist Church (3100 E Waterloo Rd, Edmond, OK 73034.)
Serving as pallbearers are Charles McConnico IV, David Findley, Stan Hudson, Tim Hudson, David Smith, Talan Siddens, Ben Larson and Owen Siddens.
