

Kaye was born on December 25, 1946, in Oklahoma City. A lifelong learner and dedicated professional, she graduated from Central State University with a degree in Home Economics. Her career spanned many roles, including school teacher, government contract negotiator, and real estate investor. Through her work in federal civil service and beyond, she made a lasting impact on her community.
On December 30, 1990, Kaye married Robert Arthur Johnson II. Their marriage was built on love, faith, and shared purpose.
Kaye had a deep passion for the Lord and devoted much of her life to helping others. She was especially committed to assisting individuals and families in finding affordable housing and supporting those less fortunate. Her generosity and compassion touched countless lives.
She also found joy in collecting dishes and hand-painted china, treasures that reflected her appreciation for beauty and craftsmanship. Proud of her Native American heritage, Kaye was a member of the Choctaw Nation.
She is survived by her beloved child, Collin Blake Moses.
Kaye will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering faith, and her lifelong dedication to serving others. Her legacy of compassion and generosity will live on in all who knew her.
A Graveside Service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum, 13400 N Kelley, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on April 8, 2026, at 10:00 am.
