Antera was born on January 2, 1940, in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico.
She later moved to New York and lovingly raised her family in Lefrak City, Queens. Antera's greatest passion was her family, which she nourished with her exceptional cooking.
She also found joy and fulfillment in writing poems, creating arts and crafts, and dedicating herself to God's service.
She is survived by her children, Maria Ojeda, Matthew Prieto, Patrick Prieto, and Mark Prieto; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
Her memory will forever be cherished by her family and all who knew her warmth and generosity.
A visitation will be held on December 17, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, located at 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817.
Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place at the same venue from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A graveside service will be conducted at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2420 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on the same day.
