Clarence Thomas Fox

of Orlando, Florida, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2026 surrounded by family. Born on March 26, 1943 in Logan County, West Virginia, he was the son of Warren and Marie Fox. Tom’s infectious laughter and unending humor brought joy to everyone around him. He was affectionately call Big Friendly Pappy (BFP) and Papa!

Tom was known for his incredible creativity, dedication, humor, kindness and his devotion to his family and his commitment to hard work as a production manager for the National Enquirer and American Media.

Tom was a dedicated husband to Joan Cannata-Fox, his loving wife of 40+ years, and a devoted father to Brian Fox, Scott Fox and Marc Cannata. He was a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren, Robbie, Sara, Christian, Michael, Victoria, Marek, and Scarlett, as well as a great grandfather to Kiley, Ava, Landon, and Kaito.

He was preceded in death by Warren and Marie Fox, and his son Brian Fox. Tom is survived by loving sister Janice Crawford and brother Larry Fox, and his nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817, US, on April 12, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, 2420 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817, US, on April 12, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
