Dorothy Ann Horton, 86, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on June 22, 2019. She was survived by her children, Thomas (Dianne) Downey and Paula Owensby; step children, Buddy and John Horton, and Nora Quinn; grandchildren, Jeffery Johnson and Michelle Richardson; and great grandchildren, Jesse Richardson and Megan Johnson. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack Horton in 2015.
