Alice Jane (Berry) Beatty of Lenexa, Kansas passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026. She was 87 years old. Alice was born on August 23, 1938, in Kansas City, Kansas to John and Minnie Louise Berry. No services are currently scheduled.
Alice spent 23 years working in the Hotel/Restaurant Industries at Glenwood Manor. She also spent 18 years working at Bethany Medical Center, and 16 years at St. Lukes Medical Group as a Medical Patient Account Representative.
Alice was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. and a member of VFW Aux Post 846 and American Legion Aux Post 370, both located in Overland Park, Kansas. In her free time, Alice enjoyed diving into a great book or exercising her creative side by creating jewelry. Alice was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
Alice was preceded in death by her son, Michael F Martin and granddaughter, Toshia Vanderwerf.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter and son-in-Law, Chris (Martin) and Wayne Puhr; Granddaughter, Heather and Michael Mays; Great grandsons, Anthony Conley, Jared Mays, and Dakota Mays.
