Donald was born August 3, 1927 in Hepler, KS. He married his high school sweetheart, Ruth Hardin, on June 17, 1951. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He retired from AT&T in 1989, after 38 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his 4 siblings, wife, and son, James Forsberg. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Schumer; 3 grandchildren, Michael Bozarth, Matthew Bozarth and Connie Forsberg; 2 great grandchildren, Harper and Landon Bozarth.
