Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 7 at McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS. Burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Stanley, KS. Friends may call on Thursday, October 6, from 5-8 p.m. at the Chapel. Harley is survived by his father, Eric Waters; his mother, Brenda Spencer; three brothers, Isaac, Eric, and Jonathan; and two sisters, Erica and Keila.
