

Nola Jean Johnston Seitz loving mother and grandmother, passed away February 4, 2014 in Overland Park, KS. Born 1925 in Admire, KS, Nola lived her childhood in Lyndon, KS. She graduated from Lyndon High School in 1943 and Topeka Business College in l945. She was employed in the Freight Traffic Department of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Co. She married George Seitz on June 1, l947 and they were married for 59 years. A resident of Overland Park, Ks for 55 years, Nola was an active member of the Overland Park Presbyterian Church and volunteered for Meals on Wheels for many years. Nola will be remembered for her kind spirit and her love for her family and friends. Nola was preceded in death by her husband, George, and son, James. Nola is survived by daughter Susan Seitz Ozga and son-in-law Steve Ozga of Shawnee, KS, grandchildren: Rhonda Sutliffe and husband Pat, and Stephen and wife Sue; great grandchildren Logan, and Katie Ozga and Jack Ozga. Nola’s life will be celebrated Friday February 7, 2014 visitation at 10:30 am service 11:30 am at the Overland Park Presbyterian Church, 8029 Overland Park Drive Overland Park, KS 66204. Burial will follow at Lyndon Cemetery, Lyndon, KS. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Overland Park Presbyterian Church. Please offer condolences at www.mcgilleyhoge.com.
