Janet was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 6, 1947.
Janet graduated from Pleasure Ridge Park High School in Louisville, KY.
Janet was married to Steven Fromme Sr on June 17, 1967.
Janet worked in Administration for Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Homes.
Janet had a passion for shopping and a love for Buc-ee’s, Walmart, and I Love Lucy.
Janet is survived by Dawn (James), Tammy (Sean), Steven Jr.(Loretta), and Brittany; Janet is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 15 Great-grandchildren.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Steven Fromme Sr., her parents Arvil & Eva Rainey, and her brothers Jerry Rainey and Arvil Rainey Jr.
A committal service will be held at All Faiths Memorial Park, located at 1390 Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707, United States. The service is scheduled for February 14, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
