Nijah Krisette Deamus

A Time to Be Born:

Nijah “The Pumpkin” was born on July 4, 2010, in Winter Park, FL to parents Rashan J. Deamus and Nikeya S. Dennard-Deamus.

Dedication:

Nijah received her infant dedication services at Saint Mark A.M.E Church February 20, 2011 under the leadership of Rev. Terrence R. Gray.

Education:

Attended kindergarten thru first grade at Eastland Christian School, Orlando, Florida

Our Precious Angel:

A quiet, shy, gentle child, Nijah was known by her family and friends to be a “mama’s girl”. “She loved all things electronic, spelling and being the best big sister. She always wanted to grow up and become a teacher, doctor and ballerina all in one.

Precious Memories of Nijah will live forever in our Hearts.

Nijah leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted family: her parents, Rashan and Nikeya Deamus; her brother, Tristan “little handsome”; her paternal grandmothers, Eva Deamus and Josephine Deamus (Orlando); maternal grandparents, Lorenzo and Kathleen Dennard (Oviedo); her great grandparents, Harry and Lucille Dennard (Merritt Island, Florida); her godparents, Jackie Slocum, Darius Sloan (Orlando), Donald and Shelia Savage (Clarksville, Tennesse); a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life Service will take place at the Eastland Baptist Church on February 18, 2017, 12:00 p.m. All are invited.
