He is survived by his son, Robert Ziker (Rochelle) of Wellington and daughter Bonnie Ziker Chanzit (Martin) of Warren NJ. PopPop leaves 4 grandchildren Eric, Rebecca, Scott and Samantha.
A 1956 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Allan then concluded 20 years as a Major in the US Air Force as a navigator in various bases around the world.
Allan will be remembered as a warm, caring and larger than life personality. He served as commander of Wellington's American Legion Post 390.
The family asks friends to join them graveside on Thursday, September 25th at IJ Morris at Star of David Cemetery 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33412 at 2:30 p.m.
