Anita was preceded in death by her husband Victor Kessler.
Anita is survived by her daughter Phyllis Kessler Newsome; her son Howard (Kasia Yuska) Kessler; her son Fred (Alisa Cohen) Kessler; and her son Jon Kessler; granddaughters, Yvette, Laura, Marley, India, and Lia; grandson, Vahn; great-grandchildren Hendrix, Briar, and Ryker.
A chapel service for Anita will be held Sunday, June 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Boulevard Riverside Memorial Chapel, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, NY 11557. Following the chapel service will be a graveside service at 2:30 PM at Beth David Cemetery, 300 Elmont Rd, Elmont, NY 11003.
