TO THE COOPER  FAMILY,  I JUST HEARD ABOUT THE PASSING OF "BERNIE".  WE PLAYED TOGETHER FOR MANY YEARS.  I WAS THE DRUMMER WHO LIVED IN WESCHESTER CC AREA.  YOUR FATHER WAS A GEM!  I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THE PASSING OF YOUR DAD TODAY BY ANOTHER FRIEND OF HIS, JONNELL.

Just a wonderful, wonderful man.  To say I loved him as a mentor and friend would be an understatement.  I am so happy that he was a big part of my life, and in such a lasting way.   God speed Bernie.  And thank you, thank you so very much.
