92, Palm Beach Gardens. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1920, Beloved husband of Rosalind; Loving father of Maddy Weisz (John), Dear brother of Julius Weiss, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bernie was a devoted and dedicated husband, father, and brother. He will be missed. Bernie worked for many years at the Heights Post Office in Cleveland where he prided himself on the service he provided and enjoyed the friendship of his co-workers He was an avid volunteer. In Cleveland, he served as an AZA advisor for multiple years as well as being extremely active in B’nai B’rith. In West Palm Beach, he volunteered as a reading tutor in the schools. In recent years he was pleased to serve as a valued volunteer at the Palm Beach Medical Center & Palm Beach County North Court House where he enjoyed the work and his friendships with his fellow volunteers. Services 2:30 Tuesday, January 22nd at Star of David Cemetery and Funeral Chapel, 9321 Memorial Park Rd. West Palm Beach. The family will be receiving friends at their home immediately after the service and through 9:00 that evening. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
