Having settled in Florida to raise her family, Debby became a legendary volunteer in her community, including having chaired the Hadassah Angel of Mercy fundraising luncheon for two years, as well as serving as reservation chair of the Angel of Mercy luncheon for twenty years, fundraising for Israeli hospitals.
