Only the good die Young. RIP Alan you'll be missed.

Alan you were always a loving meshuginah. You suffered more than anyone should have suffered. Your love for your grandparents was amazing. Arnie was your hero. Your mother watched over you like a loving mother hen. It’s one thing to say “well at least you aren’t suffering anymore” but that is not sufficient. You were taken too young and suffered too much and will be missed . Your friend, Leslie (hope they let you drive that old caddy convertible in heaven).

When I look back and see life milestones, I see many friends, but I see Alan Welles because he was the one that supported me through each decision I ever made since I met him. He showed  me to be strong and hard-working and honest. This man brought me so much security, as a young woman, he changed the course of the way that my life was going at that time and brought so much love and fun into my life. The people he surrounded himself with, always bringing good people together. As I searched the words to say, there are just too many to put down on paper. This man left an impact on my life and so many others and if you knew him well or at all, you would know this to be a fact. Although I know this is not goodbye and this is see you later, my heart is still overwhelmed with sadness because I will greatly miss my friend. I have to say see you later, my friend, my father, my uncle, my mentor. Alan held many titles for me in life. Love you Alan…..

This day was one great day out of many great days with Alan Welles. He always took his time to make sure the people he cared about had what they needed.  This day we went looking for my first car! Alan would not allow me to buy another crappy car cash. Alan Advise to go New so him and I  went car shopping to every available car dealership in Palm Beach in his slingshot for two days until we found the right deal. We had so much fun, we cruised we talked smack and ate McDonalds 😆 Alan got the attention of all the people on the lots with his car and with his personality. There will never be enough words to say an about this incredible man for everything he’s done in my life.
