

James "Jim" Wesley Irish was born on December 2, 1956, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and died on April 5, 2026, at the age of 69. James was a devoted, steadfast, and kind man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a resident of Boca Raton, Florida.
James was preceded in death by his parents Milton and Janice Irish and his beloved son, Justin Daniel Irish.
James is survived by his beloved spouse of 39 years, Anita Wolff; his brothers, Jay (Barb) Irish, Jody (Iris) Irish, and John (Mandie) Irish; his nieces, Jennifer (Chuck) and Grace (Tirso) Medina and his nephews, Daniel (Nicolette), Nick (Charlene), Colin, Tanner, Samuel, and John. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Paulette Koch, and his brother-in-law Jeffrey (Julianna) Wolff.
James honorably served in the U.S. Navy in Sicily and Morocco. Jim was at the top of his field as a state certified electrical contractor for 40 years in Florida. After Jim retired, he loved being a paralegal at Anita T. Wolff, P.A.
Jim was an affectionate, dedicated loving husband and father, and a hardworking man who always put the needs of others ahead of his own. Jim was an avid traveler, boater, scuba diver, fisherman, tennis player, and food and wine connoisseur. Jim loved the University of Michigan Wolverines, Detroit Red Wings, and Miami Dolphins. Jim knew the intricacies and details of college and NFL football. Jim had a passion for life!
A Memorial Service will be held at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412, on April 12, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
