Anna Marie Flores, born December 9, 1961, in Deming, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the age of 62. She was the daughter of Martha Jane (Sedillo) Temple and Lucky King. Anna Marie was the wife of Emiterio Flores for 23 cherished years.
Anna Marie was a vibrant soul who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a passion for shopping and could often be found exploring the aisles of her favorite stores, seeking out the perfect finds. Her love for dance was inspiring, and she could light up any room with her moves, contagious laughter, and her radiant smile.
Family meant everything to Anna Marie, and she treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren. Whether baking together or sharing stories, she cherished these moments of connection and love. Anna Marie had a sweet tooth, and nothing brought her more happiness than indulging in a slice of cake, her favorite treat. She never missed an episode of Young and the Restless, always finding comfort in the drama and the captivating storylines of the show.
Anna Marie's warmth, kindness, and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Though she may be gone, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Anna Marie Flores is survived by her husband Emiterio Flores, daughters: Martha Gonzales and her child; Amanda Gonzalez and her three children; and Cheyanne Aviles and her husband Pedro and their three children; five sisters: Debra Garcia, Rosalie and husband Greg Valdespino, Cynthia Nevarez, Sonya Puente, and Margret Ann and husband Steven Mejorado; brother Edward King and wife Loretta, and a host of relatives and friends who will continue to honor her memory.
Anna Marie was preceded in death by her mother Martha Jane Temple, her father Lucky King, grandmother Maria Sedillo, aunt Margret Bishop, and two infant sisters.
A celebration of Anna Marie's life will be held at 2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77502 on May 2nd, 2024 at 2 PM.
