Audelia (Jay) Rodriguez Vasquez passed away peacefully on October 14, 2015 at the age of 72. She was preceded in death by her husband Pedro (Pete) Vasquez Sr., her father Tomas G. Rodriguez, her mother Guadalupe G. Rodriguez, two brothers Tomas Rodriguez Jr. and Rene Rodriguez.
She is survived by her two sons Pete Jr. and wife Kimberley and Aaron Vasquez, her beautiful grandchildren, Alexandria, Paige, Skylar and Colton, one great granddaughter Adaline, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Born and raised in Weslaco, Texas, Jay and her husband moved to Pasadena, Texas in 1975. Where they successfully established several produce and nursery businesses, until they retired, to enjoy the fruits of their labor. After her husband’s passing 3 years earlier, Jay filled her life with her two sons, grandchildren and family. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
