Billie T Mills

Billie Thomas Pearce Mills of Deer Park, Tx, formerly of Pasadena, Tx. passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on November 19, 2019 at the age of 87. Billie was born on January 5, 1932 in Seguin, Tx to Robert Arden and Jessie Pearce where she was the youngest of 7 children. On August 12, 1949 she married the love of her life, Thomas Jack Mills in Houston, Tx. and had 4 children. She graduated from Pasadena High School in 1949.

Billie was a loving Wife, Mama, Nana, Aunt and Friend. She was a hairdresser in the Pasadena area for over 20 years. Billie and Jack were members of the Pasadena Elks Lodge where she served as President of the Ladies Auxiliary from 1983-1984.

Billie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Jack Mills, Sr. and precious son Thomas Jack Mills, Jr, Parents Robert Arden and Jessie Pearce, her only brother Robert Arden Pearce and five sisters Rhea, Nadine, Evelyn, Becky and Marzine. She is survived by 3 daughters, Denise Poston and husband Jim, Kim Ross, Toni Hay and husband David, daughter in law Becky Mills, sister in law Kitty Jean Beard. She had 14 grandchildren, Billy Jack Traylor and Reenay, Amy West and husband Victor, Gregg Poston and wife Brandy, Marc Poston and wife Angie, Cortney Janicek and husband Jared, Kelly McNickle and husband Tony, Kasey Mills, Katy Gates and husband Chip, Ashley Rundall and husband Brian, Emily Turner and husband Andy, Natalie Jones and husband Robert, Kelly Coleman and husband Bobby, Kari Murphy and husband Shane, Krysta Harper, 35 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson, as well as many nieces, nephews and a host of other dear relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are: Billy Jack Traylor, Marc Poston, Victor West, Dezmen West, Darion West, Robert Jones, John Murphy, Cody Coleman.

Honorary pallbearers: Dylan West, Gregg Poston, Cody Poston, Sam Poston, Sean Poston, Tanner Lowe, Don Johnson, Shaun Castilleja.

Visitation is Friday, November 22, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with Services Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
