Bill was a brave, devoted, and hard-working individual who dedicated twenty years of his life to a career in the Navy before retiring. He was a resident of La Porte and had a passion for crafts, which he pursued with great enthusiasm.
He shared a loving marriage with his wife, Nelda, for 60 years. Bill was preceded in death by Nelda and several of his brothers and sisters. He leaves behind his sons, David and Darryl, who will cherish his memory.
A visitation will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, located at 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas, 77505, on June 24, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the same venue on June 25, 2025, starting at 2:00 pm. The committal service will take place at Grand View Memorial Park on the same day.
Bill will be remembered for his dedication to his family and his service to his country. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
