Charlotte Sue “Tootie” Bishop, 86, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and friend of Deer Park, Texas. She passed away peacefully in her home on February 22, 2015. Born August 26, 1928 in Itasca, Texas. Born to the late Mary Gibson and Bret Johns, Sue was a cheerleader and the sweetheart of her school football team. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Charles C. “Buddy” Bishop, who passed away in 2008. They were blessed and loved by everyone. Sue leaves behind a legacy of good stories, laughs, good times and good cooking (especially her chicken and dumplings and famous chocolate pie. Yum!) Sue was a kind and loving woman. Family was the most important part of her life. A woman of God, she was a member of Richey Street Baptist Church and First Baptist of Deer Park for many years.
Sue leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving daughters; Rebecca Nazzaro, her husband Tom and her children Sergio and Corina, Kathryn Burnett and her children Brandy Burnett and her son Lance, David Burnett, his wife Michele Burnett and their daughters Emma, Charlotte, Abby Burnett and another in June 2015. And host of other loved ones and friends.
